In this photo, a masked priest baptizes a child from more than six feet away using… a water pistol:
“In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Squirt Gun. Amen.”
I don’t know if this was approved by the Vatican. Hopefully, they won’t be going back to that ol’ “conversion at gun point” policy.
Regardless, it’s hard to know whether to cringe, cry or collapse in laughter.
Is this the new normal we want to see for our children?
