In The Lord of the Rings, Bilbo Baggins laments, "I feel thin, sort of stretched, like butter scraped over too much bread.”

Avoiding the "Bilbo blues" was what attracted me so much to the book Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less by Greg McKeown.
