Moral injury: being forced to do things
you believe are wrong

Fri Apr 19 2024

Blazing Reader,

This week, I was a guest on the Finding Genius podcast, where I talked with host Richard Jacobs about "moral injury" — specifically how the harmful things medical professionals did to patients during the scamdemic messed themselves up psychologically.

Here's a point Richard made:

"Let's say you were a prostitute for ten years. How could you ever have normal relationships with somebody because of what you went through... I talked to a lady about the concept of moral injury — being forced to do things... you believe are wrong. But the act of doing them screws you up and injures you morally. I think that's what happened to them."
