Blazing Reader,
In March 2014, Time Magazine credited Ken McCarthy with introducing click-through rates to the world — a concept that transformed the Internet from a technical platform for computer geeks to the world's biggest marketplace and publishing platform.
Needless to say, Ken McCarthy's a smart man.
He recently reviewed my latest novel, All the Humans Are Sleeping. Here's what he had to say:
"A remarkable book, all the more so because it was conceived before COVID and before Zuckerberg went Metaverse crazy. I'd like to hope the author's projections are too 'far out' to be possible. The problem is given the trajectory we're on, the dystopian world he's summoned up is chillingly plausible. Forewarned is forearmed."
Like Ray Bradbury's "far out" stories, my intention with All the Humans Are Sleeping was to prevent an undesirable future, not predict it.
Either way, it made for a novel that won the approval of the man who saw the value of clicking on links. So, if you haven't already, click on this link to get a free preview copy of this "remarkable book" and/or buy a copy in ebook, paperback or audiobook format.

P.S. Ken McCarthy is also a pioneer in using the internet as a form of truly free journalism unbeholdened to corporate advertisers. In 1997 he launched Brasscheck.com with text-based articles. Today he runs Brasscheck TV where he provides in-depth reporting and analysis of the latest news the mainstream is usually lying about.
