State Samsara: allowing a small group
to maintain a monopoly on force and violence

Blazing Reader,

Here's another quote from The Conscious Resistance Trilogy by Derrick Broze and John Vibes, which I've been reading slowly in my spare moments:

"In Buddhism, the endless cycle of life and death, which students of the Middle Path seek to end, is known as Samsara... As a species, we find ourselves stuck in State Samasar, an endless cycle of attempting to fix the world and manage humanity's problems by allowing a small group to maintain a monopoly on force and violence. It doesn't work. We will continue this cycle until every individual makes a choice to go within and stop feeding the state."

You can purchase The Conscious Resistance Trilogy here.

PS On the subject of going within, on May 30, my wife Ina Backbier is co-leading a three-day workshop in the Netherlands (my new home) where attendees are coached in emotional repression inquiry. Find out more here.
