Blazing Reader,

Did you see the 2026 Prometheus Awards ceremony for best science fiction and fantasy novels with a pro-freedom theme?

If not, it's not too late. We may not have invented time travel yet, but online video is pretty close...

Here's what the replay includes:

• Law professor Ilya Somin, author of Free to Move: Foot Voting, Migration and Political Freedom, speaking about why liberty and imagination work so well together.
• Aldous Huxley's grandchildren, Tessa and Trev Huxley, accepting the Prometheus Hall of Fame Award for Aldous Huxley’s novel Brave New World.
• Pulitzer-winning author of God: A Biography, Jack Miles, discussing why dystopian fiction is so relevant to the world today.
• Science fiction author J. Kenton Pierce accepting the Best Novel Award for A Kiss for Damocles — a story that illuminates how the ethics and efficacy of free trade are the foundation for building (or rebuilding) civilization.
• Two-time Prometheus Award-winning author Dave Freer accepting the Award for Young Adult Fiction for his novel Storm-Dragon — a story about class bullies, repressive teachers, corrupt politics, interplanetary invaders, free-thinking children and a small, alien pet dragon.

You can watch the 2026 Prometheus Awards ceremony over on the Libertarian Futurist Society's website.
