Why Parents Should NOT Have the Right
to Choose If Their Child Gets Vaxxed

What I enjoyed most from
Saturday's 40th Anniversary Celebration of Vaccine Choice Canada was hearing about the pre-internet beginnings of the organization. Namely the stories of founder Edda West photocopying their quarterly newsletter and mailing them off to parents across the country when the organization was still called the Vaccination Risk Awareness Network (VRAN).
I must admit, though, I prefer the original name. Here's why...
Numerous times in the evening's presentation was the point that parents should be able to choose whether their children get vaccinated or not. But I can't help asking the question: Should parents really have the right to choose whether their offspring receives injections that have never been proven to have any lasting health benefits... while causing harm and even death?
It reminds me of this cartoon by
Bob Moran:
We don't let parents decide whether children can smoke, drink or take cocaine. So why should they get to decide if their kids get an experimental mRNA injection? Particularly when we consider that Europe has seen a 755% increase in excess deaths among children since the COVID vaccine was approved for kids (according to
The Exposé).
If an adult wants to shoot up on the latest Pfizer sensation, well that's their right. I hope they don't but I wouldn't want to interfere with their freedom of choice. But when it comes to kids, I don't think parents should have a say. It should be illegal.
Of course, I realize society is a far way from realizing such an ideal. Vaccine Choice Canada's fight to allow parents to refuse vaccinations for their children is a logical first step in what might still be a chess match which has only entered the middle game.

PS Vaccine Choice Canada has announced that "we are launching a 40th Anniversary fundraising campaign with a target of $40,000. The funds from this campaign will be directed to a new education and support program called 'Raising Nature's Child' that we intend to launch in early 2023." You can make a donation towards their $40k goal (even just $5) at VaccineChoiceCanada.com.
